Circuit Zandvoort – Formula 1 Returns to the Dunes
Circuit Zandvoort is one of the most beloved circuits in Formula 1. Located in the coastal dunes of North Holland, the 4.259 km circuit features dramatic banked corners — including the famous Hugenholtz corner at 18 degrees — that are unique in modern F1. The circuit returned to the F1 calendar in 2021 after a 35-year absence, immediately becoming one of the season's highlights thanks to the passionate Dutch fanbase.
Dutch Grand Prix 2026 – Race Weekend Programme
The Dutch Grand Prix 2026 takes place from Friday 21 August to Sunday 23 August 2026. Friday features two free practice sessions, Saturday brings qualifying, and Sunday is Race Day. The Friday Duinkaart gives you full access to the circuit on the opening day of the race weekend — ideal for exploring the circuit and watching the teams set up for the weekend.
Travel to Zandvoort for the Dutch GP
Zandvoort is easily reached by train from Amsterdam Centraal (direct service, approx. 30 minutes). During the Grand Prix weekend, special shuttle trains run frequently. By car, take the A9 motorway and follow signs to Zandvoort. GP Travel can arrange complete Dutch GP packages including hotel accommodation in Amsterdam or Zandvoort, circuit transfers and official tickets.
